The primary goal was to create an efficient and aesthetically pleasing environment that met the company's specific needs.

Capital City Finance required four restrooms with custom tile work for a high-end and elegant appearance. Additionally, a workroom and breakroom were included to cater to the practical needs of the employees. The construction project also involved the creation of four large conference rooms and two smaller ones. These conference rooms were designed to incorporate custom lighting fixtures and specialized wall installations to minimize sound travel; This was essential to ensure confidentiality and protect sensitive information discussed during meetings.

Beyond the conference rooms, Kirk Commercial Construction (KCC) enhanced the office building beyond the conference rooms by installing a new reception area with a private office. This addition provided a welcoming space for visitors and allowed a designated area for administrative tasks and privacy for essential discussions.

Throughout the project, KCC carried out standard construction work such as installing new flooring, applying fresh paint, and incorporating millwork to add a touch of elegance and functionality to the office space.
