The Cantina 76 on Devine project, located at Cantina 76 restaurant in Columbia, SC, showcases the exceptional work carried out by Kirk Commercial Construction (KCC) in the food and service industry. The project began with an extensive demolition phase involving the removal of all existing flooring throughout the space, setting the stage for a complete transformation.

Following a thorough final clean-up, the project moved forward with reconfiguring the food expo window, optimizing the functionality and efficiency of the space. Additionally, KCC installed kitchen shelving, providing practical storage solutions for the restaurant's culinary needs. The client's desired locations were carefully considered for shiplap installation, enhancing the visual appeal and adding a touch of warmth to the interior. Simultaneously, exterior kitchen frames and doors were installed, ensuring seamless integration between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The front entrance door was replaced, rejuvenating the restaurant's external appearance. The project's final touches included various tasks aimed at refining the space. Patching walls and the porch ceiling contributed to a polished and pristine finish. New ceilings were installed in the kitchen and booth area, further improving the aesthetics and functionality of the space. KCC laid LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring throughout the entire room, except for the kitchen, where new sheet vinyl was carefully installed.  To elevate the overall design, KCC incorporated tile for the support columns, bar area backsplash, and the front bar, adding visual interest and a contemporary flair to the interior.
