Kirk Commercial Construction, LLC is a general contracting firm dedicated to providing a superior construction experience. As your partner for any commercial construction projects in South Carolina, our focus is on fully serving our customer’s needs - not just meeting the minimum requirements for a project. We have an extensive and successful history with retail, office, industrial, institutional, and foodservice construction, including new construction, expansions, renovations, and maintenance work in the Midlands of South Carolina and surrounding areas. We believe in the importance of building relationships while delivering a “zero punch list” project without numerous change orders.
We are a licensed general contractor in South Carolina and Georgia, and we specialize in commercial interior renovations, additions, and new construction. In addition, we have a service division that can assist with maintenance and small repairs on your commercial properties.
Who We Are
The team we have assembled at Kirk Commercial Construction can collectively meet all commercial construction needs, ranging from commercial interior renovations and additions to new construction to ongoing property maintenance. The company was founded by Chris Kirk, who has been involved in some aspects of the construction industry for 30 years. Our project managers, superintendents, estimators, and service managers keep a close eye on all projects to ensure success and client satisfaction. We are a commercial contractor that believes in serving the customer’s needs.
