Kirk Commercial Construction began preparation on the pictured office building on Devine St in Columbia, SC. Within this project, Kirk completed a two-story exterior renovation with a few white box interior upgrades on the existing building for a future tenant.

With this free-range project, Kirk was able to add a sense of modernization with elegant dark woodwork, black industrial accents, and a new foundation of white paint on the entire exterior.
