This highlighted project was a total upfit construction of an existing boat retail company. With half of the building demolished, we were tasked with the challenge of transforming the central area into a retail and training facility for the Ricochet Range. We rose to the occasion by installing new roofing, plumbing, flooring, and electrical and expanding the facility to 4,891 sq/ft with specialized masonry work, steel structural, concrete slabs, TPO roofing, and specialized HVAC for the desired shooting range facilities.

Our team also conducted a stunning exterior renovation, including a fresh coat of paint for the entire building, revitalized landscaping, and upgraded curb, gutters, and sidewalks. We even improved the parking lot for the ultimate customer experience.

This project was more than just a job to us - it was a unique and fun experience that allowed us to showcase our skills and creativity.
