Kirk Commercial Construction is a licensed unlimited general contractor in the states of South Carolina and Georgia. The company was formed in 2011 by Chris Kirk, a native of Columbia with 20 years of experience in the construction industry. In spite of the recent difficult times in construction, Chris saw a need for an experienced commercial contractor that believes in serving the customer’s needs instead of just trying to meet the minimum requirements for a project. He strongly believes in building relationships and strives to deliver a “zero punch list” project without unnecessary change orders.
