Self-Performed Work and Quality
One thing that sets us apart from our competition is our ability to self-perform work. While many general contractors have become brokers that subcontract out most of all of the work on projects, we feel like it is imperative to perform much of our work in-house to maintain the schedule and the level of quality that we expect and demand for our clients.
We do find it necessary to subcontract out some work that must be performed by specially skilled and licensed contractors, such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing work. We utilize many of the same subcontractors for skilled trades on multiple job sites. These specially chosen contractors consistently maintain the high levels of quality, safety, and timeliness that we demand on our projects. By maintaining strong relationships with these subcontractors we are able to deliver a cost-effective and high-quality finished product to our clients.
